Back of body – 25 mins

Aromatherapy Massage
A gentle massage to leave you feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed.  Aromatherapy massage uses essential oils, noted for their therapeutic properties to re-balance the body, de-stress the mind and boost your mood.
Each oil has its own special therapeutic properties, and can be used or applied in a variety of ways including through body massage.

Full body – 50 mins
Back, neck, shoulders – 25 mins

Reflexology (45 mins)
This is based on the principle that reflex points on the soles, tops, and sides of the feet correspond to different areas of the body.  Pressure is applied to specific reflex points using the thumbs, fingers and knuckles to help restore balance to the body naturally, and improve general well-being.

Thai Foot Massage (45 mins)
This is a massage of the feet and lower legs.  It is both invigorating and deeply relaxing and involves hands on massage, stretching and acupressure to stimulate reflex points.  It is excellent for helping to relieve tired, aching legs and actively promotes general good health and wellbeing.
